Beading Basics with Laurie Parker Swenson
Saturday, January
10:30am - 1:30pm
Cost: $35 (Includes materials)
Learn the basic techniques for bead stringing including what materials to use for a professional look, how to crimp, select the right clasp and basic design layout. You will also learn some basic wire working techniques to make simple bails for making pendants from beads and the loop & coil for making earrings. Students should bring tools if you have them (chain nose plier, round nose plier & cutter). Students will receive a 20% discount on tools purchased at Bead Lounge.

Beginning Stone Wrap with Laura Humenik
Sunday, January 29th
12:30pm - 3:30pm
Cost: $60 (Includes materials)
This class teaches you two basic techniques for wire wrapping free-form stones and flat backed cabochons. You will learn which tools to use, how to use them, the various properties of wire, how to beautifully wire wrap those stones you don’t know what to do with and more! Tools will be supplied for use in class but students may bring tools (chain nose plier, round nose plier, flat nose plier, cutter) if you have them. Students will receive a 20% discount on tools purchased at Bead Lounge.

Hammered Cuff Bead Embroidery Workshop with Heidi Kummli
Saturday, February 4th
11am - 3pm
Cost: $175 (Includes materials)
This 4 hour workshop will explore Bead Embroidery techniques including gluing cabochons and metal flower, beading around cabochons and flower, incorporating different beads and finishing. Great way to get into bead embroidery with a master teacher!

Salt Water Metal Etching with Russ Howard

Russ will teach you how to etch your own designs on copper, brass or nickel using a safe, non-toxic method that will open up a whole new bunch of jewelry design options for those of you who are looking for something new to add some pizzaz to your current jewelry creations!

UV Cure Resin Over Polymer Clay with Peg Harper
Saturday, February 11th
11am - 2pm
Cost: $30(plus $5 materials fee)
This class is also offered Sunday, February 12th from 1 - 4pm
Peg will be teaching how to use UV cure resin to encase polymer clay designs in bezel settings in this class. Come learn a new way to use your favorite medium!

From The Heart Valentines Day Card Making with Claire Haberfeld
Saturday, February 11th
2:30pm - 4:30pm
Cost: $25 (plus $10 materials fee)
There is nothing more treasured than a handcrafted card, especially when there’s a little love tucked inside! Claire will teach you how to create a folded pocket card using various embossing techniques and how to make an origami heart to embellish another card.
